We offer hand-wrapped gyoza made with Kyoto's glutinous pork "Kyo Mochi Pork".
Kyoto Gyoza" is our special garlic-free gyoza with white miso paste kneaded into the bean paste,
Crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside, and overflowing with juices, the flavor is irresistible.
It can be served with dashi shoyu or vinegared miso for a light meal.
It goes great with beer, highballs, and other alcoholic beverages.
